Pharma Campaign Analytics Dashboard
Most campaign dashboards show what happened in each channel. This one is built to show whether the campaign is working, where it is not, and whether it's time to intervene.
Running a multi-channel campaign means keeping track of field activity, digital channels, events and spend across different territories and audience segments.
Most dashboards show these pieces separately: emails sent, events held, HCPs reached and budget spent. What’s harder to see is how the campaign is performing as a whole.
So when someone asks whether the campaign is gaining traction, which territories are falling behind or where the team needs to step in, the answer is often surprisingly difficult to find.
The challenge
For this demonstration, we created a fictional post-launch cardio-renal therapy called Ricardis. It has strong clinical evidence, but uptake has plateaued. The campaign aims to rebuild confidence in patient selection across three audiences: nephrologists, cardiologists and GPs.
The product, brand and performance data are fictional. The scenario is modelled on realistic Australian market conditions, including a PBS listing, specialist prescribing patterns and a field team working across multiple territories.
While the data is synthetic, the reporting challenge is one many pharma teams will recognise.
The scenario
We began with the people who would use the dashboard and the questions each of them needed answered. We focused on three roles:
the brand manager who has to explain performance to leadership even when attribution is imperfect
the sales manager who is skeptical of marketing metrics that feel disconnected from field reality
the business unit director who needs the picture in two minutes
Three principles shaped every view.
Show together what belongs together. Market share sits alongside the campaign timeline, while investment and engagement can be compared across territories. Questions that would normally require several reports can be explored in one place.
Tell users what needs their attention. One consistent indicator: on track, watch, and off track, runs through objectives, channels, and territories, so problems are surfaced early.
Surface detail only when it is needed. The main views stay focused, with deeper information available when someone needs to investigate further.
The approach
A quick strategic snapshot of how the campaign is performing, from objectives and execution through to market share.
Campaign Overview
See which channels are driving engagement and where your investment is delivering the best return, across every territory.
Channel Performance & Efficiency
See how each territory is tracking against campaign objectives, and quickly identify where support or action is needed.
Field Execution & Coverage
Some interactions, such as filtering, drill-downs, and hover details, can only be experienced in the live dashboard. Explore the interactive version here.
Instead of piecing together reports from multiple systems, this dashboard brings campaign performance into a single, connected view. Everyone sees the same picture, with the context needed to make better decisions.
